What to Expect on the Day of Microneedling Treatment

On the day of your microneedling treatment, your licensed and certified aesthetician might give you protective eyewear to wear for the duration of your treatment. Your skin will then be carefully cleansed and prepped to receive the microneedling device. We will also apply a topical numbing cream to desensitize the skin for your comfort.

When the skin is fully numb, your aesthetician will then guide the microneedling device over the targeted areas. Most patients report this experience as feeling tiny “pricks” on their skin. Microneedling Recovery
