What to Expect on the Day of Microneedling with PRP Treatment

In preparation for your microneedling and PRP treatment, a licensed and certified aesthetician or technician will draw your blood and place it in a centrifuge to separate out the platelets, which will then be purified.

You may be given protective eyewear to wear for the duration of your procedure, and your skin will be cleansed and prepped. Your master aesthetician will then guide the microneedling device over your targeted areas of concern, and the platelet solution will be applied to the skin. Depending on the extent of the treatment, this procedure may last anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour. You may return home the same day.
